Shipping & Returns
International and Domestic Shipping Policy only applies to products that are listed on the etechzoelectronics.com website. Sold and Shipped by E-techzo” that will be shipped within the United States, Canada and to other countries.
Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your E-Techzo invoice. Your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund to E-Techzo.
Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Site, delivery estimates are only estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times, should not be relied upon as such and do not form part of the contract between E-techzo and you.
Return & Exchange Policy
We’d be more than happy to assist you with any returns for items purchased from us. We have a 10 day return policy. You can return an item 10 days after you have received it for a full refund less shipping fees. Please contact support if you would like to return an item. International customers will be responsible for returning the items to the U.S.
Prior to returning any product, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No return of any type will be accepted without a valid RMA number. This number can be acquired by contacting E-techzo Support. Returns must be received within 10 days after obtaining RMA number.
