How do I place an order?Placing an order through the E-techzo store is easy: 1. Simply add an item to your cart and click “Checkout” 2. Enter your billing and shipping details to calculate the shipping costs and view the delivery estimates 3. Review your order 4. Choose a payment method 5. Accept terms and conditions 6. Click “Place order” If you can’t find what you’re looking for through the Silicon Nerd store, you request a custom quote for an item

How do I place a bulk order?If you need to place an order that exceeds the quantity limit available through our store, please feel free to get in touch with us for a custom quote.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?"Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products stocked in different warehouses around the world, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. This is expected!

Can I buy items that are not available through the E-Techzo store?Yes, of course! We’re adding new products and brands to the E-Techzo store on a regular basis. If you can’t find what you’re looking for in the E-techzo store, you can request a custom quote for an item.

What if my order delivery was delayed?We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Can I get a quote in my local currency?All quotes are in USD. To see the approximate cost in your local currency, we recommend visiting www.xe.com.

What payment methods are available?We currently accept credit card payments (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) through PayPal.

What Is Your Return Policy?If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 714 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable. * Cosmetics, Lingerie and underwear/shape wear are final sale for hygienic reasons.

HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
